Cole is a graduate of Theodore Roosevelt High School and Ashland University, where he studied marketing and business analytics while also competing as a varsity golfer.

Cole is the son of Stuart and grandson of Paul, making him the third generation of Smith’s to join the agency. Cole joined the agency in late 2019 and is spearheading the effort to gain a larger market share in the commercial insurance industry in the region.
